Sales Tax

Merchants determine what, if any, taxes apply to the payments they receive, and they are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting the correct tax to the appropriate authority. Please contact the merchant if you have any questions about tax on your payment.

Refunds/Returns/Order Changes

@Pay facilitates transactions between merchants and customers. Customers who would like to make a return, have a transaction refunded, or change an order should contact the merchant to whom they made a payment.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our merchants, @Pay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. @Pay shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, a credit will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
